WORKING WITH ALCHEMY FLOWER CO

INQUIRE

Effective communication is the foundation of any successful partnership, and we believe it's important to begin with a clear understanding of your needs and vision. To start, we ask that you complete our inquiry form, which captures all the key details of your event along with your creative preferences.

Once we receive your submission, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.

CONSULTATION & CONFIRMATION

For our full-service clients, we'll arrange a meeting with our design team to present a customized lookbook, carefully curated to reflect your vision. During this session, we will discuss your preferred colors, floral options, and overall design to ensure every detail aligns with your dream for the day.

For our A La Carte brides, you'll receive a confirmation email from our team summarizing the details provided in your inquiry form. Once we've reviewed and confirmed all the information, we'll proceed with the next steps.

DEPOSIT & CONTRACT

To officially reserve your date, we require all clients to sign a contract and submit a 30% deposit. This process is simple and quick, as we review the contract during your consultation. Afterward, we will send you an email with the contract for both parties to sign, followed by an invoice for the deposit amount.

Once we receive the signed contract and deposit payment, you'll officially be an Alchemy Flower Co. client, and our team will begin crafting your floral vision!

FLORAL DESIGN

This is the behind-the-scenes work that ensures your vision comes to life. Our team works diligently to reach out to suppliers, curate designs, and gather all the necessary elements to fully fulfill our promise to you.

We carefully select flower types, colors, and textures, taking into account both your vision and what is in season. We are also committed to sustainability and prioritize working with local flower farms whenever possible.

POST-EVENT CLEAN UP

DELIVERY & SET UP

For our full-service clients, our team will arrive on-site the day of your event fully prepared. We will assist in distributing florals to the appropriate parties and proceed with setting up the venue. The specifics of the setup will vary depending on your event's details, but we always ensure that all work is completed and the space is cleaned up well before guests arrive.

For our A La Carte brides, you'll have the option of either pick-up or delivery, which we will confirm during our initial consultation. We recommend receiving your order either the day before or the day of the event. Each order will come with a flower care card to help keep your blooms fresh and beautiful for your special day!

Our full-service experience includes everything, right down to clean up. While the needs of each client and venue may vary, we always ensure that the location is left even cleaner than we found it. Our team will carefully uninstall any floral installations and pack up all arrangements for transport.

Clients have the option to take home their floral arrangements, or if preferred, our team will handle the removal to ensure the venue is cleared and cleaned before we leave.
